Ten Key Questions about the Human Dimensions of Water in the Yellow River Basin

There is limited understanding of the ways in which people, groups and institutions contribute to, are affected by and respond to changes in water quantity and quality in the Yellow River basin. In order to highlight the scope of this ignorance, we ask ten key questions about these human dimensions of water in the basin. These questions relate to changes in the basin that have affected and will continue to affect water problems, and solutions to these problems.
