Analysis of Marginal Opportunity Cost of Agricultural Water in the Shiyang River Drainage Area

Shiyang river drainage area is a rich region in Gansu province, but present excessive water exploitation has caused serious ecological problems, and grave water shortage has been affecting local agricultural production, economical development and people's normal life. Low water utilization efficiency, and serious lavish, price of water is well below water supply cost. In this paper, strength management, increase water price advisably are important ways to solve problems the above problem by calculation and analysis of marginal opportunity cost of this drainage area water supply and corresponding suggest was given.
