摘要

The reasons of influencing permeable stability of permeable brick for ladle and service life are analyzed in this paper. It points out that the narrow slot dimension change, erosion and spalling of permeable brick are the main reasons of its damage. It is given that by means of rational determination of narrow slot width and control volume change of permeable brick, the occurrence of non-purging and liquid steel penetration phenomenon are avoided, the permeable stability of permeable brick is increased. By adding zirconia refractory, the thermal shock resistance of permeable brick can be improved and the service life is extended; The multi-peak a-Al_2O_3 fine powder is used for increasing the strength of permeable brick, the cement adding amount is reduced for improving high temperature resistant performance and strengthening anti-oxygen purging capability of permeable brick. By adaptation of the above-mentioned technical measures, the permeable stability of narrow slot permeable brick can be effectively controlled, its service life is capable of meeting the application requirement of the steel works, achieving excellent application effect.
