A Method of Building the Knowledge Map for the Public Health Emergency Control

摘要

To face the Public Health Emergency, some functional departments have to collect the relevant knowledge to make decisions. In reality, the knowledge they want is scattered in many places including law documents, regulations, emergency counterplans, principles and dictionaries, etc. Firstly the knowledge is classified based on the "event" in this paper. And then a method of building the knowledge map for the departments that take part in the Public Health Emergency control is proposed. In the end, the procedure of building the knowledge map for CDC in the SARS emergency control is given as an example and the efficiency of this method is proved.
