摘要

This paper proposes a novel cooperative evolutionary algorithm based on simulated annealing algorithm (SA) and particle swarm optimization (PSO). This new method utilizes the global convergence property of SA and the facility of realization of PSO, while it attains an optimal solution by means of the information exchanges of these two kinds of algorithms. Results of experiments on benchmark functions are presented and conclusions show that the proposed algorithm performed better in convergence speed and precision of solutions than both PSO and SA. This paper also proves that this novel algorithm is a global optimization algorithm.
