PRECRASH Sensing as information platform

摘要

The development of a PRECRASH-Sensing platform is most advantageous for improving protection of vehicle occupants as well as protection of pedestrians. Based on different sensor technologies, such as Short Range Radar, Ultrasound or Long Range Radar, the vehicle environment is continuously observed and information about critical situations is provided for different functions.
