摘要

The aim of the present is to improve the amperometric urea determination by the immobilization of urease in polypyrrole films. The biosensors were elaborated by the enzyme immobilization in DBSA or chloride doped polypyrrole film by three different methods. The first one, consist in the enzyme immobilization with the electropolymerization of pyrrole, resulting in a biosensor with a good linear response from 0,1 up to 80 mM. The second method was based on cross linking the enzyme with the polymer using glutaraldehyde, resulting in biosensors with accentuated response. And the last one the enzyme was immobilized by physical adsorption followed by an entrapment using cellulose acetate, generating biosensors with improved life time and low response to interferences.
