Velocity and attenuation characteristics of ultrasonic propagation in various magnetic fluids subjected to a magnetic field were examined experimentally. These measurements were taken while changing the magnetic field intensity and the angle between the magnetic field direction and the direction of ultrasonic propagation. The influence of the inner structure of the magnetic fluids on the properties of ultrasonic propagation is discussed.
