摘要

Permanent magnet linear synchronous motor (PMLSM) is the most suitable for high pricistion and fast dynamic control system. But the significant drawback of PMLSM is the forces ripple which will deteriorate the performance of drive system. This paper first gives a simple design of PMLSM and analyses the force ripple by finite element method (FEM), and functions it by fourier series. Then an optimal field oriented control method (FOC) is used to compensate this force ripple by injecting the instantaneous current. The effectiveness of this proposed force ripple suppression method is verified by the comparison between the compensation and noncompensation cases.
