Excess concentrations of DNA containing particles, modelling chronic polyarthritis, were created using magnetic separation of DNA-containing particles and following staining by specific fluorescence dye YOYO to determinate DNA amount. Nuclei of chicken red blood cells were collected into chains, columns and threadlike structures during incubation in weak gradient magnetic field.
