A Novel Auxiliary Quasi-Resonant Soft Switching PWM High Frequency Inverter with Series Capacitor Compensated Resonant Load for Induction Heating Cooker and Warmer

摘要

In this paper, a novel type auxiliary switched capacitor assisted soft switching PWM Single-Ended Push Pull (SEPP) series resonant inverter with two auxiliary resonant lossless inductor snubbers proposed and discussed for consumer high-frequency induction heating appliances. The new topological high-frequency multi resonant inverter can regulate its output power under a constant frequency soft switching commutation principle by asymmetrical PWM scheme. The consumer brand-new IH products which use newly proposed soft switching PWM-SEPP series load resonant high-frequency inverter is actually evaluated and discussed as compared with some conventional high-frequency inverters on the basis of simulation and experimental results. The practical effectiveness of the proposed soft switching SEPP series resonant inverter for consumer high-frequency IH appliances is proved from an application point of view.
