STUDY ON THE SHELLING OF BITTER BUCKWHEAT BUD

摘要

Bitter buckwheat bud is most nutritious in the Fagopyrum and has the most effective active substance. This paper mainly deals with the shelling technology of Tartary buckwheat bud during the process of cultivation. The results show that adopting thick sand cover method can make shelling ratio up to 97%-98%, and the goods quality of bud seedling is quite good.
