Introduction of large DIPIPMPTM Ver.4 application on EV bus air conditioner inverter

This paper presents the application of Mitsubishi electric 4P th P generation large Dual In-line Package intelligent power module (abbr.as large DIPIPMP TM P Ver.4) on EV bus air conditioner inverter.By adopting high performance large DIPIPMP TM P Ver.4, the prototype EV bus air conditioner inverter achieved compact size,high output power,high reliability,low cost etc..In this paper,Mitsubishi electric large DIPIPMP TM P Ver.4 features,application points,circuit design are introduced.Lastly the testing data, testing result,PCB outline are given.
