摘要

This paper analyzes the main parasitic parameter source of power converter and its serious impact on the switching losses and electrical stress.Accurate simulation methods to extract the PCB parasitic parameters are discussed. The mutual inductance extraction and equivalent circuit processing skill are proposed,which can analyze the main factors that affect the switching loss and stress simulation accuracy in product development,and offer solutions.New ideas can significantly reduce the product development PCB design risk,and improve the design accuracy of the switching losses and electrical stresses. The new approach is a useful exploration to shorten product development cycles and reduce development costs.
