摘要

A nanocrystallization surface layer was successfully obtained in a sample of Ti6Al4V. The microstruc-ture features of the sample were characterized by using X-ray diffraction analysis (XRD) , scanning electron micros-copy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM) observations. The average grain size in the top surface layer is about 10nm, and gradually increases with the distance from the surface increasing.
