摘要

Two GBS platforms are to be installed outside Sakhalin island, eastern coast of Russia. The soil conditions consist of layers of medium dense to dense sand with varying silt and clay content at one location and of a sand layer resting on overconsolidated clay at the second location. The paper presents the method of solution and the results of transient pore pressure analyses due to cyclic loading from wave action.
