The Harmony of Public Management: Essential Logic Premise to Establish Harmonious Society

摘要

This article analyses the contemporary theory of harmonious society from its definition to its connotation on the unique aspect of public management, probes a lot of disharmonious phenomena harmful to construct Chinese harmonious society from all aspects on the basis of European case and points out the internal causes of disharmonious public management, which systematically associates harmonious public management with harmonious society and logically induces that the harmony of public management is the essential premise of constructing harmonious society. Based on that, authors systematically study the definition and the path of harmonious public management and advocate that China should establish its harmonious society during practicing harmonious public management.
