THE STUDY OF PRODUCTION INNOVATION BASED ON BPR OF STATE ENTERPRISE

This paper analyses the reasons of the state enterprise's difficult position and discusses how to reform and innovation with BPR. The state enterprises should strengthen the management means and management mode. They must should the capital process and make assignment of person and resource rationally. The lastly, they must enlarge the intercourse and communication to meet the requirement of knowledge economy, the economy the seven seas, persistent development and informational technology. According to the analysis, they will build a series of new management modes to adapt to the variety of market and society and the customers' requirement about the function, quality, prices and schedule of product.
