ZhongXinJunTing design combining with local culture and contemporary technology

摘要

The article takes GhuanZhou ZhongXinJun Ting for source material to makes an energetic exploration of high-rise apartment design in urban central district, and brings forward that high-rise apartment design should be base on the local culture and contemporary technology. The designer lays stress on the neighbourhood, privacy, humanism, and seeks for more effective way to combine building with urban space and environment. Additionally, the paper point out the mistakes of current residence design.
