摘要

An overview on in-pore diffusion and oxidation of porous nuclear carbons is given. Data for burn-off dependence of reactivity and effective diffusivity in regimeⅠ(chemical regime) are presented for HTR matrix graphite A3-27 and HTR structural graphite V483T. Based on these data numerical calculations of the oxidation behaviour in regimeⅡare performed for V483T: A reasonable agreement to experiments is obtained only, if erosion processes in regimeⅡare considered in addition to chemical gasification. Depth of penetration of the oxidation process is calculated as larger than estimated by usual approximation formula.
