Projection Pattern Reducing with Magnetic Lens in Atom Lithograpy

We analyseed the chromatic and spherical abberration of the image formation by a hexapole magnetic lens focusing a cooled Cr beam and forwarded a proposal of projecting arbitrary patterm onto a substrate with reduced magnification. The feature size is determined by the spherical aberraion.
