Content-Based Image Retrieval Based On Color Histogram And Discrete Cosine Transform

摘要

In this paper we propose a novel image retrieval method by combining the existing two methods based on color histogram and Discrete Cosine Transform (DCT) coefficients respectively. Experimental results show that the retrieval performance of this combined method is better than the Histogram or the DCT method.
