摘要

Railway noise is generated by a system of complex noise sources such as engine, accessory equipment, wheel rail interaction, impact of frogs at track intersections and switches, brake, whistle and so on. It is difficult to study all of the noise sources comprehensively since each of them is a complex subject concerned by scientists in recent years. In this paper, a simple method is given for the prediction of the peak A-weighted noise level L_A of a passing train and of the equivalent noise level L_(Aeq) of complex railway systems with mixed traffic in urban areas. This method is based on the study performed by H. Myncke and A. Cops and some modifications have been made in order to meet Chinese railway situation. As an application example of the method, prediction of Jing-jiu railway noise in Nanchang City, the capital of Jiangxi province, is investigated where the major railway with hill and house barrier are considered.
