Research on Evaluation of Technology Supply Competence

摘要

The concept of Technology Supply Competence (TSC) was introduced by analyzing the Entrepreneurial Capacity Constitution (ECC) and Technical Resources. Further research of TSC's characteristics and impacts led to the definition of TSC Evaluation System (TSC-ES). Combined with EDA Model, TSC concept was used to interpret the technical capability of 15 countries and regions around globe.
