To pursuit of sustainable competitive advantage and benefit is the heart of management of E-commerce enterprise, but many factors restrict its goals. This paper analysis the factors that may influence online customers' perceived satisfaction displayed on a spatial map in order to help online store managers easily differentiate the importance of each factor, the research result has an important significance for the success of e-commerce.
