Research on the Model of Dock Crane Allocation

Allocation of dock crane is an important factor to influence port and logistic efficiency. When logistics companies have paid more attention to port loading and unloading efficiency, rationally allocating dock crane need more investigation. This paper stands from grocery dock, applying two different deploying tactics, sets up two models of dock crane allocation, furthermore, by studying a case, compares the total output of such models, and gives a suggestion of optimized model.
