In the environment of economic globalization, corporation social responsibility (CSR) has been paid more and more attention. It is not only the demand of competition and participation in international market to reinforce CSR in China, but also the need to improve the competitive and developing quality. Based on formulating the hierarchy structure of CSR an arguing that fulfillment of CSR has expansibility, this paper analyzes the cause of CSR based on the "Logistic Rule" from the perspective of competitive elements and growth for winning more competitive elements
