Establishing a New ScienceTechnology Transforming Model of Market Mechanism

摘要

Relying on the science and technology superiority of university, combining with resource of manufacturing, capital venture and management consultant, in this paper a S&T achievement transforming model is established, which integrates the product research and development platform, project operating platform, producing platform, financial support platform and management tutor platform altogether, to accelerate the development of S&T achievement transformation.
