Research on Optimization of Logistics System in Electric Power Company

With the deepening of the reform of electric power industry, a scientific logistics system for an electric power company becomes more and more important. This paper analyzes the present situation of the electric company's logistic department, discloses the existing problems, and then offers a plan of designing and optimizing the electric logistics system, and points out the problems that should be paid attention to during the construction of the system as well.
