Under market economy condition, small and medium-sized enterprises have become the most flourished spot of economic growth in china. Nevertheless, HR crisis management has lots of problems. For getting new opportunity of development, founding a system that can duly collect information about crisis, forecast and keep away crisis happenings, and which is HR crisis warning management system, has become urgent affairs in HR crisis warning management system.
