A Fuzzy Group Decision-Making Method of Evaluating Scientific Research Fund Projects

摘要

This paper makes an analysis and discussion of the practical problem of evaluating science research fund projects. Based on the traditional methods, a new evaluating method, that is, the fuzzy group decision making method of evaluating scientific research fund projects, is proposed by applying fuzzy mathematics theory, and the detailed idiographic step is also given. Therefore, it provides a very effective quantification method for evaluating scientific research fund projects.
