On Systematization of China's Business Enterprises Patent Management Regulation

In the knowledge economy age, the business enterprise competitiveness is closely related to the protection of the intellectual property rights, or that of patent. Therefore, patent protection in China develops very fast, but the patent protection-related regulations have not been well made. This article probes into the systematization of China's business enterprise patent management from such dimensions as legitimacy, adaptability, and harmonization. It presents a framework for the making of some specific regulations pertaining to the confirmation of claim, the treatment of infringement procedures, and the encouragement of patents, etc in the context of Chinese laws.
