A Study on Government Procurement Organizations of the Ministry of Communications

摘要

This paper analyzes the status quo of government procurement organizations of the Ministry of Communications, and gives some principles for establishing government procurement organizations. Through comparing different schemes, the paper propose an appropriate framework for it and also proposes some suggestions.
