Relationship of Causal Ambiguity and the Protection of Intellectual Property Right

Causal Ambiguity is one of the important countermeasures for enterprises to keep their own characteristics and maintain competitive advantages in market. This paper interpreted the relation between Causal Ambiguity and the protection of enterprises' Intellectual Property Right, argued that Causal Ambiguity that lied in special resources and acquiescent knowledge made the successes of enterprises difficult to be imitated, and then constructed the solid isolation mechanism. This makes enterprises' Intellectual Property Right be protected, that is beneficial for enterprises to keep their competitive advantages. We provide Chinese enterprises with an effective and brand-new suggestion or solution about the protection of Intellectual Property Right.
