摘要

The product innovation results from the research on specialization of technological innovation. Knowledge sharing of innovators plays an extremely important role in the process of product innovation. In this paper, the barriers of knowledge-sharing in product innovation process of a firm, Hisense-Hitachi, are investigated and classified into knowledge sharing main body, the barriers of knowledge sharing channels, management system, and knowledge sharing cost. Under the interpretative structural model (ISM), a multistage hierarchical structure of barriers is constructed and some strategies are proposed to promote knowledge sharing for Hisense-Hitachi.
