Early Warning Management System of Human Capital Investment in Private-owned Enterprises

At knowledge-based economy ages, managers in private-owned enterprise have already been aware of the importance of human capital investment for the enterprise management. Private-owned enterprises will meet a variety of risk during the period of carrying on the human capital investment. So how to control these risks becomes an important problem. This paper puts the early warn management idea into the human capital investment process, and sets up a valid early warn management system, in order to improve enterprise profits.
