Knowledge-oriented Enterprise's Arrangement of Property-right Mode and Economic Analysis

Since the latter half of 20th century, knowledge-oriented enterprise has come into being as a result of the deepgoing changes in global economic environment, which bereft of the traditional ownership-separated -from-managerial authority-mode of enterprise of its universality, but brought a new mode into existence in which human capital and material capital share ownership of enterprise fusing with managing-right embodied by entrepreneur. This paper probes systematically into the structure, characteristics, sharing principles and the economic value of knowledge-oriented enterprise's property-right mode in combination of the characteristics of human capital property-right.
