A Study on Strategies of Developing Self-owned Intellectual Property Rights

摘要

By introducing various kinds of shortcomings of high investment, high consumption and high pollution with low efficiency under the traditional industrialization, this paper analyzes the inner relationship between keeping sustainable, healthy and ordered economy and promoting self-owned intellectual property rights. Based on the development of western developed countries, this paper indicates that promoting self-owned intellectual property rights is the essential way for realizing benefits and quality, and brings forward the strategies of developing self-owned intellectual property rights by analyzing the current conditions and problems of self-owned intellectual property rights of the Chinese enterprises.
