The Effect of the Different Needs Satisfaction on Technicians' Performance Intention

With the development of knowledge economy, it is a key factor for enterprises to improve market competence that technicians are motivated effectively. Based on the analysis of data collected from 624 technicians, this paper concludes that there is no correlative relationship between the satisfaction of technicians' payment needs and their performance intention. There is a positive relationship between the satisfaction of superior relatedness needs, co-worker relatedness needs, self-actualization needs and technicians' performance intention.
