A Research on Refinancing Strategies of Listed Companies under the Condition of Full Circulation

Listed companies can make use of the development platform of capital market and promote effective implementation of their development strategies. This paper presents the changes in refinancing laws and policies under the condition of full circulation, sets up the principles for refinancing in this new environment, and probes the related refinancing strategy and choices.
