On the Transformation of Government's Functions after Entry to WTO

Facing the new situation and new challenges brought by China's entry into WTO, governments should meet with the challenges and transfer these functions. At the same time, we take out the measures of government functions transformation with the targets of "honesty, diligent, practical, high-efficient" : renewing administrative ideas, establishing service and supervising government; reducing administrative organs, establishing powerful and effective government; clearing up laws and regulations, building government of law; raising quality of cadres, building up honest and credit government.
