摘要

Internet coffee shops have made a great stir recently. The online games also become one of the most popular models in the Internet enterprise. In the meantime, Taiwan government preaching leisure activities greatly, unless the issue of leisure dimension of Internet coffee shops comes to knowledge; the issue of managing business also is noticed gradually. This research tends to focus on Taichang Feng-Ch'ia commerce area as this study target, one part using the consuming behavior of network coffee shops, the other way using the factors of consumers' selecting behavior of going to Internet coffee shops, studying key factors of managing Internet coffee shops successfully, and explore the competition situation of Internet coffee shops in Feng-Chia area by multi-dimension scale analysis method. Also, it tries to give another thinking space of managing Internet coffee shops according to above questions.
