THEORY OF UNIFIED MATURITY AND ITS APPLICATION IN ERP

The research goal is to find a framework of capability analysis and whole process evaluating system. This research establishes the theory of unified maturity and new evaluating system. This new theory plans the framework of unified maturity in the ERP application. It involves the maturity of management, implementation, software, user and environment. The theory covers the whole process of ERP application and system consisting of ERP, the enterprise and the implementation servings. Each maturity will be analyzed. The research elaborates the forming basis, structure, application feasibility, index systems and adaptability evaluation, which has adaptability and significance in the informationalization evaluation.
