摘要

Globalization opportunities mean globally intensified competition - not only an increase in the number of competitors in the world but also a qualitative change in the nature of competitive advantage. The paper highlights and discusses the feature of international competition. The issue of corporation must find response strategy has become progressively more important. Except from making competition even fiercer, the trend of globalization has changed the ways of providing customers with products and therefore also the objects that are analyzed ,be it the company, the manufacturing network, or the supply chain.
