摘要

In order to research lubrication mechanism of port plate/cylinder block friction pair in axial piston pump, the lubrication test system for port plate/cylinder block friction pair was developed. The composition and schematic of the proposed system were described. The subsystems and their functions in the proposed system were summarized. The mathematic model of the lubrication characteristics was established to illustrate the lubrication mechanism of the port plate/cylinder block. The lubrication parameters of port plate/cylinder block in axial piston pump such as film thickness, bearing support capability and leakage were measured in experiment. And the influence of working pressure, temperature and rotating speed on lubrication characteristics were analyzed. The experimental results show that when other working conditions are invariable, the lubricating film thickness and leakage will increase with the supply pressure increasing, the lubricating film thickness will decrease with oil temperature increasing, the friction torque will increase with the rotating speed increasing, and the oil film will be difficult to be established. The measuring error of the film thickness was guaranteed to be less than 1μm by using the electric eddy micro-displacement sensors.
