Screening of Fibrinolytic Enzyme-producing Strain DC-S6 From Chinese dochi and Its Optimization of Fermentation Conditions

Objective to screening a strain with high yield of producing fibrinolytic enzyme and decide the optimal fermentation conditions. Results A DC-S6 strain with high yield of fibrinolytic enzyme was obtained from 12 samples. The fermentation was carried out in 250 - mL conical flasks containing 50mL of basal medium (pH naturely) with the following composition (%) : Maltose2, tryptone2, fibrin powder 2, KH_2PO_4 0.1, K_2HPO_4 0.25, MgSO_4.5H_2O 0. 05, yeast extract 0.15, tap water 300 mililiter. The flasks were incubated at 37℃ in oscillating shaker incubator at 180rpm for 72h. Under these conditions, its activity is 1256uk. u/mL.
