摘要

Data acquired by transient electromagnetic system include the desired signals as well as various interferential noises. Signals of the secondary field in TEM method are generally slight that (he industrial-frequency noise can fully overwhelm the signals reflecting the geo-electrical anomaly in engineering and environmental geophysics. In such situation, to eliminate industrial noise is one of the elementary jobs. In this paper, we design an adaptive filter that is based on least-mean-square algorithm to reduce industrial-frequency interference. Both theoretical modeling and practical application show the designed algorithm of the adaptive filter is available and efficient.
