Site layout management is characterized as disperse, uncertain and inconsistent activity. This research subsidized by Natural Science Foundation of China, aims at establishing a knowledge system of whole construction site management. In this paper, author has analyzed the relationship between site layout and construction productivity and related knowledge characteristics based on the site investigation. By using Hybrid Intelligence technology combined ES with ANN, the knowledge model HIMS is established, and CSMS system is developed subsequently. This system can well solve the barriers of traditional intelligence technology on construction site management. Furthermore, a whole construction project management assistant system has been constructed in Tsinghua University, including site management, project schedule plan, stacks management and soon.
