摘要

A new sequential algorithm which is suitable for detecting the center and radiuses of concentric circles is presented. This algorithm is based on least squares and cluster analysis. The least squares principle is used to detect the center of concentric circles and cluster analysis is used to detect the radiuses. This algorithm is a weighted average method. It has a certain anti-jamming ability. Comparing with Hough transform, its time complexity is O(n~2) and it demands no parameter space. Thus it has high efficiency. The method has been used in automatic scoring system for shooting and satisfactory results are obtained.
