We measured and analyzed three dimension image height information using the four-step algorithm. Carre(1966) presented a technique of phase measurement which was independent of the amount of phase shift. Four-step algorithm is a very common way by Wyant(1982) of many Phase-Shifting Interferometry methods[1]. Phase-Shift Interferometry has become a standard technique because of many advantages. But it’s experimental setup is still pretty difficult. We describe very simple experimental setup for getting 3D surface of objects. Fringe patterns as well as other experimental setup are made using the LabVIEW program by computer and vision system without any lenses, mirrors, motors and other optical complex components. We got wrapped images of an object by four-step method and an unwrapping image by processing at the computer. Measuring and analyzing the interferometry fringe patterns, we could obtain diverse information like wave front, intensity graph, 3D surface and variation of numeric data.
